COVID-19 Information for Hampshire Holiday Park Guests

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time. Our holiday parks are still open and ready to welcome guests, though with COVID Safe rules in place.

Hampshire Holidays has implemented a Covid Safe Plan for the health and safety of all residents, guests, and staff at our parks.  This plan includes:

  • Contactless check-in
  • Use of QR codes
  • Mask requirements and
  • Restrictions on the use of some amenities and facilities

Please be aware that these rules can be amended on short notice, you must periodically review the relevant state health webpages and our website for relevant alerts before your holiday commences.

Travel restrictions are continually changing and we’re working to keep our information as up to date as possible, however, always refer to the relevant Government website before travelling. Any guests impacted by major changes will be contacted by the relevant park.

Know that you can book with confidence. Our holiday parks and resorts guarantee you a full refund for COVID-19 related cancellations. This policy has been extended to cover bookings up to 31 December 2022.

We understand the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the potential impacts that they might have to your travel plans. Our holiday parks offer flexible booking arrangements for those impacted by COVID-19.

We guarantee your choice of a refund or change of your holiday booking, where:

  • A Government mandated travel restriction prevent you staying with us
  • A Government mandated self-isolation of any of your party is required immediately prior to your stay
  • Cancellation: must be provided in writing and emailed to (specific park). If self-isolating because you are symptomatic, a copy of the notification received from Health Authorities or Private Pathology, confirming your personal details, the relevant reference number and date of the test result, must be provided.
  • Current policy valid until 31 December 2022
  • Valid for existing and future reservations from 01 September 2021

If any of the above apply to you, we urge you to get in contact with the park directly to discuss alternative arrangements for your booking.
