1 King – Queen bunks and 2 double pull out sofas. Air in bedrooms, fans in living. Own toilet and shower. Outside fits a boat (we had a G22 Nautique in there)  for storage should it be required inside the locked up area with blinds down.

Very clean and fully renovated inside with new kitchen and benches and all furniture is was brought new and in good condition (king bed in main room is an older item). Plenty of storage in all cupboards , under beds and in lounges, they all open up for storage of blankets and bedding. Pots, pans, electric frying pans, deep fyer, popcorn machine, rice cooker, slow cooker everything you require to cook, coffee machine, water cooler and even board games are included.  Towels, all bedding, decor items, coffee table, bar stools.

Outside includes BBQ, outside hammocks, outdoor table, bikes (old but can be fixed), clothesline, hanging rack for wet-suits, and outside storage as well.
