Fire up the BBQ and gather your crew, there’s nothing better than a relaxed meal shared outdoors. Our park BBQ facilities are perfect for cooking up a feast with family or mates after a day of exploring.

Fires Drums

As the sun sets, fire up one of our park-approved fire drums and settle in for a night under the stars. Available to all caravan and camping guests, because every great day deserves a warm, crackling finish.

Camp Kitchen

Whether you're frying up brekkie or cooking dinner after a big day out, our fully equipped camp kitchen has you covered. It’s a clean, social space with everything you need to whip up a meal.

Playground & Waterpark

Let the kids will have a ball at Warburton Water World” opposite reception. The council run splashpark and playground operates between the September school holidays and April each year.

Fly Fishing

The Yarra River near Warburton is a favourite spot for fly fishing, especially during trout season. With its clear mountain-fed waters and peaceful surrounds, it’s an ideal place to cast a line and unwind.

Swimming

When the sun’s out, the Yarra River becomes nature’s playground. Cool off with a swim, float downstream, or dip into one of the nearby waterholes and shady streams, it’s pure Upper Yarra magic.

Warburton Rail Trail

A 40 km walking, cycling, and horse-riding trail that follows the former railway line between Lilydale and Warburton. Great for exploring the valley and enjoying forest and river scenery.

The Redwood Forest

A stand of towering Californian redwoods planted near Warburton — a surprisingly lush and atmospheric forest walk, especially photogenic and peaceful

Yarra River

The holiday park’s river frontage makes it a good base for casting a line for trout, floating in a lilo, or kayaking along gentle stretches of river.

  • Check-in is at 12pm for Campsites/Caravans and 2pm for Cabins.
  • Cabins, Villas and the Lodge must be vacated by 10am. Caravan spots must be vacated by 11.30am noon.

You can enquire at Reception if a late check-out is possible, however you must do so before the day of departure.

Yes. The natural environment surrounding the park is suitable for all ages. There’s lots of open space, all levels of walks to explore and of course all manor of fun to be had in the river. We are also located beside Warburton Water World which has great playground and water play facilities.

Yes, the Warburton Holiday park is thrilled to have dogs come to stay, as long as guests adhere to the rules of our ‘Dog Friendly Accommodation.’

Warburton Holiday Park is just 1.5km from the town centre, an easy drive or a relaxed 20-minute stroll along the river. Perfect for grabbing a coffee, browsing the shops, or exploring the local vibe.

Campfires are welcome on campsites when using our park-approved fire drums. For safety reasons, fires aren’t permitted for cabin bookings.

Packaged firewood (redgum) is available for purchase from the Office during business hours.

Pre-cut firewood may be brought in, but only with prior management approval.

All unused wood must be removed from the site prior to your departure or a site clean-up fee will be charged.
