Our friendly reception team at Wairo Beach Holiday Park is available daily to assist with check-ins, bookings, and any inquiries. Reception hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you’re arriving outside of these hours, please contact us in advance to arrange late check-in.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM for cabins and ll:00 AM for sites, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you require a late check-out or early check-in, please contact reception to check availability (fees may apply).
Absolutely! The park is designed with families in mind and offers a range of kid-friendly facilities, including a jumping pad, playground, swimming pool, and spacious open areas for kids to run around and play.
Yes! Wairo Beach Holiday Park is proudly pet-friendly year round.
Pets are welcome on our sites and in designated pet-friendly cabins (subject to availability and approval).
Please keep pets on a lead at all times within the park, unless in designated off-leash areas.
Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste responsibly.
Pets are not permitted in communal facilities such as amenities, pool areas, playgrounds, and camp kitchens.
Please ensure your pet is well behaved and does not disturb other guests.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request removal of any pet that is deemed unsuitable or causes disturbance.
