Lodge 7 is a modern and spacious lodge with a prime location. Located just one row back from the waterfront, lodge 7 is one of the very few lodges who neighbour to a garden lined walkway leading directly to the riverfront. A short stroll allows you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon nibbles on the picnic benches overlooking the beautiful Clarence River.
The lodge itself boasts an air-conditioned large open planning living and dining space with two bedrooms and large bathroom downstairs, the upstairs mezzanine is a carpeted third bed featuring a queen size bed (or very large storage area). The downstairs bedrooms have built-ins, the main bed is generously sized and comfortably fits a queen bed and the second bedroom fits a double bunk bed. The bathroom has gas hot water and includes a washing machine and wall mounted dryer. Enough space for all the family holidays.
For privacy the exterior of the lodge has floor to ceiling roll up blinds so you can enjoy your outdoor entertainment area. Adjacent to this area there is an undercover bay to accommodate your boat or vehicle. To ensure easy parking, one of the front poles can be removed to take the stress out of reversing. Also included in the undercover area is a lockable ski locker. A 1500 gal rain water tank which is plumbed to all taps excluding the toilet. The tap can also be turned off and the lodge can use river water.
Lodge 7 is being sold fully furnished. The kitchen includes a four burner gas cooktop and kitchen essentials such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge area has a wall mounted TV and DVD player with 2 recliner chairs and a 3 seater sofa. All furniture featured in the photos is included in the sale.
