How e-bike hire works
The hire process is simple and completed using your smartphone. Complete these five simple steps and your ready to ride:
- Locate an available bike (these will be parked in the dock at the park)
- Scan the QR code on the dock
- Create an account and verify your email address and phone number.
- Set up your payment method
- Choose your hire option and voila!
If needed, you can also enter the dock number manually. The bike will unlock automatically once you've registered and activated your account.
