It's home to the Mogo Wildlife Park and a thriving arts and craft community.

Mogo Zoo

Just 15 minutes from our Resort, Mogo Zoo offers world standard facilities for over 250 animals, of which more than 44 are rare or exotic species. Check out their incredible animals including gorillas, rhinos, giraffe, zebra, meerkats, cheetah, snow leopards and white lions. They also offer a range of up close and personal experiences.

Birdland Animal Park

Get back to nature at Birdland Animal Park, just a 12 minute drive from the Resort. With 8 acres of beautiful gardens brimming with native Australian animals, birds and reptiles. You can hand feed and pat the creatures or relax with a picnic or a barbeque. There are animal shows as well as miniature train rides.

Batemans Bay Sculpture Walk

Enjoy a relaxing seaside stroll past beautiful sculptures and bayside vistas, which started at 8 permanent sculptures in 2020, and increases each year. The sculpture walk begins at a space near 7 Clyde Street, Batemans Bay and follows the seaside shared path of Mia Murra Walk and Beach Road to the Batemans Bay Marina.

Check in time for camping in 12pm and 2pm for accommodation. Check out is 10am.

Please note that all and any dogs (and animals in general) must be pre-approved prior to making a booking and that booking being accepted by the park. Acceptance of a particular dog is always at the discretion of the park manager and such acceptance can be withdrawn at any time by the park manager at their discretion if they believe that the acceptance of that dog to stay in the park is not in the best interests of the park. Please note that some breeds of dogs will not be accepted. Bookings can only be made by contacting the park directly (not through a website).
We do not accept pets over peak periods, holiday periods, long weekends and special events.
Please also be aware that failure to adhere to these rules you will be asked to leave the park immediately without refund or recourse (Note: These rules are the BIG4 minimum standards and requirements).
The dog must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van/camper or tent. No exceptions. A leash must be no more than 2 metres in length. This includes no dog ‘runs’ to be set up dog owners.
For health and safety reasons dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park including: pool areas, games rooms, camp kitchens, amenities, playgrounds, skatepark, reception or any public areas.
Dogs may only be walked in the designated areas of the park which include all areas between the driveway, Kings Hway and Nelligen Creek extending to the start of the Safari tents.  Dogs are under no circumstances to be walked on the oval or the River side of the park.
For health and safety reasons dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park. Additionally, any dog related accessories such dog blankets, etc should not be washed or cleaned within the park.
Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s or pet’s waste, in a sealed ‘doggy do’ plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins.
Dog owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their dog.
The dog owner must agree that the park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests. It is the dog owner’s responsibility and the dog owner’s alone to control and manage their dog.
Upon arrival it is the managers’ discretion as to accept the dog in the park. Upon acceptance by the park manager the dog owner must then agree to and sign the standard “BIG4 Dog Policy Dog Owner Agreement’ document.
Evidence of pets will give rise to a cleaning fee of $200 charged against your credit card or payable in cash at our option.

Our amenities blocks allow for disabled access and there is also a wheelchair ramp to the office.

Yes, our guests are able to access free wifi throughout the park.

Our reception hours in peak season are 8.30am to 4pm Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm Friday – Saturday. 8.30am to 5pm, Sunday 8.30am – 4pm. Peak season 8.30am – 5pm daily.

No problems! We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. If you’ll be arriving after-hours, please contact reception beforehand so that they can make arrangements for you.
