Our reception hours are Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 5pm and Sundays 8.30am – 3pm. However, during June, July and August the hours 8.30am – 5.00pm daily.

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am

No problems! We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. If you’ll be arriving after-hours, please contact reception beforehand so that they can make arrangements for you.

There are plenty of things to do and see during your stay here in sunny Townsville.

A great place to start is with one of the many amazing local businesses, places to eat and tourist attractions in the area. Whether you’re spending a day out on the reef fishing, diving or snorkelling, having fun cable skiing or wake boarding with the family at the Barra Fun Park or enjoying a friendly hit of golf at Ultimate Indoor Golf.
